Terms of service
The basics of ordering and printing with us.
Orders & acceptance
You need a free account to order. Placing an order is a request to buy; your order is accepted once we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a request looks fraudulent.
Prices & payment
Prices and options shown at checkout apply to your order and may include applicable sales tax. For now you place your order online and settle payment with the store at pickup or as arranged; secure online card payment is being added.
Quotes & estimates
Custom quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if the specifications, quantities or materials change.
Your artwork & files
You are responsible for the files you upload, including spelling, layout and image quality. By submitting artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us the right to reproduce it to produce your order.
Proofs & accuracy
Please review your file carefully before ordering — we print what you send. If you’d like a digital proof before we print, ask us and we’ll arrange it.
Colors
Because screens and printing reproduce color differently, printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. This is normal and is not considered a defect.
Turnaround, pickup & shipping
Turnaround times are estimates and start once your order and print-ready file are received. Choose free store pickup or shipping at checkout; any shipping cost is arranged with the store and isn’t added to your online total. We’re not responsible for carrier delays once an order ships.
Changes & cancellations
To change or cancel an order, contact us before it goes into production — at galavizprinting@gmail.com or through our Contact page. Once printing has started, the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Refunds & reprints
Because products are custom-made for you, we reprint or refund items only when the fault is ours, such as a production defect. We can’t refund errors in the file you approved, such as typos, low resolution or the wrong size.
Acceptable use & content
You may not use our services to produce content that is illegal, infringes someone’s rights, or is hateful or deceptive. We may refuse any job that violates this.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, text and images are the property of Galaviz Print. Your uploaded artwork remains yours; we use it only to fulfill your order.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
